Todd Michael Cohan
Todd Michael Cohan has been an entrepreneur since age 10. He takes pride in being the key person responsible for setting strategic vision for the company, and leading its growth through customer focus, innovation, creative marketing, “hands off” leadership and pure “grit”. Todd has built several companies from an idea to multimillion dollar entities, with successful exits to private equity groups, such as MobileGuard, Inc. which was recently sold to California based K1 Capital.
Mr. Cohan has sufficient experience in building, running and managing all facets of a business, from Technology to Construction. With over 30 years’ experience building businesses and a network of partners, advisors, investors and operators, he has a deep understanding of product development, sales & marketing, operations, strategic planning, financials and acquisitions.
Todd has provided solutions to both domestic and international clients, such as the United States Government, Bank of America, Morgan Stanley, State Farm, Charles Schwab and thousands of others.
Todd received his MBA from Columbia Business School, a graduate of MIT’s Birthing of Giants Entrepreneurial Program and Gathering of Titans, and was named Top 100 Entrepreneurs in the United States early in his career. He has appeared on CNBC, Wall Street Journal, and on various nationwide radio programs, and is one of the founding directors of the Entrepreneur’s Organization (EO), which currently has over 11,000 members worldwide. Todd holds several patents for solutions still being used today.

Spencer Snedecor
Accomplished technology executive and sales leader whose broad range of business experiences enables revenue generation, business growth and value creation with both early stage VC funded and large public companies.
Successful company leadership at all levels from managing field sales teams to leading in the boardroom as the CEO and other management roles in between.
Core competencies in Sales, Marketing and Operations with a focus on cross functional collaboration. Thinks strategically and acts tactically as need to grow top line revenues and increase shareholder value.
Unique experiences include being a part of 6 Growth to Exit successes. Well suited for parachuting into an existing organization where situational assessment and plan development is needed to then lead and achieve the expected revenue growth.

Carlos Goudet
Merger & acquisition specialist with cross-border international transaction experience. Advisor to multinational corporations, privately-held businesses, and private equity funds in a broad range of industries.
Experience in divestitures, mergers, acquisitions, recapitalizations, valuation, financial due diligence, and corporate finance advisory. Experience with complex carve-outs and special situations requiring innovative structures. Experience on transactions involving companies based in the United States, Latin America, and India.

Nicole Moldovan
As part of Lymba’s executive team, Nicole helps companies implement actionable AI programs and extract value from their documents, contracts, chat logs, reports, and text based repositories with sophisticated Natural Language Processing tools. A Fintech thought leader and experienced IT program manager, Nicole has spoken at Dreamforce, Insurance AI & Analytics Summit Europe, Internet of Insurance, Momentum, SHRM, and AHRA conferences.

Blane Warrene
Recognized as an industry leader in financial services spanning marketing, compliance and technology. Blane has worked in progressive roles for broker dealers, investment advisors and asset managers. He founded, grew and sold Arkovi Social Media Archiving in 2012. Blane also assisted in the growth and exit of MobileGuard to Smarsh in 2016.
Blane additionally serves on the board of the Dennison Railroad Depot Museum, a national historic landmark in Ohio.

Juan Céspedes
I am an accomplished mass-marketing professional with extensive experience in brand management across food and home care product categories. I began my career following 5 successful years studying Government and International Relations at Universidad Externado de Colombia, where I exercised my passions for entrepreneurship and programming by creating an online platform for managing University courses.
I first experienced Unilever when I joined the Unilever Future Leaders Programme (Middle Americas) in 2011, immediately contributing to a plan that brought a 10% sales increase through one of our distributors. From this platform I secured a role as Unilever’s Assistant Brand Manager for Detergents in Colombia, and soon worked on the re-launch of the Lavomatic brand. I then spent a year working as a Route To Market Project Leader, shaping channel and pricing strategy as well as enhancing distributor capabilities to achieve 120% sales growth. A couple of years later, I returned to brand management and have since worked on Unilever food brands in Ecuador, Venezuela and Colombia. I have produced campaigns and product innovations for brands in the Ice Cream category, as well as highlighted weaknesses and opportunities to develop marketing solutions for Unilever’s Savoury brands Knorr and Maizena.
My current role as Ecommerce and Social Channels Manager has so far included the creation and development of new Unilever sales channels in 9 countries, as well as developing a 4 Million-revenue strategy for the Ecommerce sales channel in Colombia in 2017. In addition to my work for Unilever brands, I have also had the pleasure of working with the Unilever Sustainable Living Plan (USLP) Team, including volunteering at local schools and developing a marketing strategy to recruit more Unilever employees to volunteer in USLP activities.

Scott Lau
As the Owner of a multi-unit Miracle-Ear Hearing Center Franchise operation for over 12 years, Scott and his wife Jinette operate 30 hearing centers in Wisconsin, Michigan and Minnesota. Scott is responsible for all facets of the retail operations with considerable focus on the Professional Development and Recruiting as well as the Strategic Market Planning Functions.
Staying focused on the development and effective execution of Processes and Protocols that deliver the results today’s consumers demand is a high priority for him. Strategic Vision and Operational Excellence are key focus points for Scott in his operations. Creating Raving Fans is a key outcome he focuses on and credits for his results.
